Built by an operator who got tired of missing calls.
Biznmotion is a Tampa, Florida operation building AI voice receptionists for the trades. We do one thing: pick up the phones your office can’t, in a voice tuned to your business, on a flat monthly bill.
The short version.
Most local service businesses lose a quarter of their inbound calls. Some lose more. The calls come after hours, during a morning rush, during a heat wave, during a storm. The owner knows it’s a problem. The fix has always been one of three flavors:
- Hire a receptionist you can’t really afford.
- Sign up with a live answering service that charges per minute and scales the bill exactly when you don’t want it to.
- Buy a GoHighLevel reseller’s $2,000-setup voice agent and pay the platform tax every month after.
We thought there was a fourth option: a voice agent trained on the contractor’s actual business — their service area, their dispatch logic, their diagnostic language — running on a stack the contractor doesn’t have to learn or maintain, billed at a flat monthly price small enough that the math works in the slow season too.
That’s Biznmotion.
A note from the founder.
I’m Cliff Marquez. I’m the founder. Right now, “the team” is me plus the AI agents I’ve built — that’s the honest answer. When you call (888) 997-6457, my cell rings. When something goes wrong on a call you trusted us with, I want to hear about it directly, not through a ticket queue.
We’re early on purpose. I’m taking on a small number of new clients per quarter so every agent gets tuned by a human and every call gets reviewed. As we scale up, the staffing changes. The promise that I answer my own phone doesn’t.

How we’re different from a Smith.ai or a GoHighLevel reseller.
vs. live answering services
Per-minute pricing punishes you on busy days. Generic intake scripts mean every caller hears “please hold while I transfer.” The receptionist doesn’t know your service area, your pricing, or your dispatch rules. Our agent does.
vs. GoHighLevel resellers
$1,500–$2,500 one-time setup, plus a recurring platform fee, plus the reseller’s markup. Day-one cost often $2,000+. The agent is built on a SaaS the reseller doesn’t actually own — when something breaks, you wait for someone else’s roadmap.
vs. DIY voice-AI tools
You’re the prompt engineer. The vendor sells you the rope. Most owners don’t have the time to script their own dispatch logic and tune it weekly. We do the engineering — you stay in the trade.
Where we are right now.
Early. Building. Manually reviewing every call. Taking on a small number of new clients per quarter so each one gets a real onboarding. If that fits your timing, let’s talk.
